dc.description.abstract	The comedy written in collaboration comprises a corpus of a hundred and fifty texts dated between 1619 and 1720, although the height of this popular form of theatrical writing takes place between 1630 and 1680. It is not, therefore, an ephemeral mode, but a way of making theatre that possessed the support of the public, since it was successful both in the Palace and in the corrales, For this reason, authors such as Calderón, Rojas Zorrilla or Moreto took part in that practice. In the case of Moreto, some of his plays were written in collaboration with two assiduous playwrights, Cáncer and Matos Fragoso. We will study the sources and the resources used in the performance of two plays, La adúltera penitente and La fuerza del natural, in order to try to find the keys to the success and the continuity of the writing in collaboration. Finally, we focus on the question of the authorship of La fuerza del natural.
