Esiste un ponte tra le rovine e il cielo: La poesia di Marília Garcia
Abstract
The article investigates the ways in which Marília Garcia’s poetry articulates experiences of temporality and spatiality through intermedial strategies. By analysing recurrent motifs in her work, it demonstrates how she challenges conceptions of time, foregrounding the infraordinary. The argument highlights the poet’s use of iterative structures and spatial-temporal overlays thereby revealing an engagement with the present in its historical thickness. The relation established with the reader emerges as a central structural principle. Her oeuvre formulates a poetics of presence to construct a critical mode of apprehending contemporary reality.
