So far, at present, the international legal framework in force is not anymore apt to prevent, preserve and restore all immovable and movable goods in times of war: it demands for a different and renewed legal interpretation to make principles, rules, mechanisms and procedures strongly equipped to cope with newfangled challenges attempting to the value and integrity of CH worldwide.
