Abstract
This chapter is part of a research project on the dance company Mal Pelo and their collaborations with writers who work with the ideas of memory, vulnerability, and refuge. In order to explore how emotions can be part of the dance creation process and how this emotional sphere involves the public during Mal Pelo’s performances, this paper analyses the Refugi trilogy.
