Abstract
A regulatory frame regarding the dyslexia and the teaching of languages produces considerations that allow finding a number of issues which create some ethical doubts in the teaching area. A reflection on these doubts will be given following Balboni 2011 and there will be an attempt to answer the following questions: why these doubts? What legal and ethic obligations the languages teacher has? Are the compensation measures enumerated in the legal texts enough? Who should benefit from these measures? Once an answer is provided for these questions, the specifics of Spanish as FL to Italian speaking people with Special Education Needs (more specifically dyslexia) will be analysed.
