dc.description.abstract	In this paper the author considers some proposals from 5 textbooks for Italian as foreign language, concerning the subject of sport using different approaches, one of them being task-based language teaching. The activities shown in the textbooks, published between 1992 and 2014, are analysed and compared, and some final considerations are made.

abstract

In this paper the author considers some proposals from 5 textbooks for Italian as foreign language, concerning the subject of sport using different approaches, one of them being task-based language teaching. The activities shown in the textbooks, published between 1992 and 2014, are analysed and compared, and some final considerations are made.
