Abstract
This chapter seeks to illuminate key interpretations of rang rig that exemplify its main doctrinal and practical implications, especially its role on the path to liberation. To this end, selected sources from the broader rNying-ma tradition, and particularly from the rDzogs-chen perspective, are examined as representative of these facets of the discourse.
