abstract

This issue is entirely dedicated to the proceedings of the conference on Banking Crises from the Perspective of Criminal Law held in Venice on 28 September 2018 and organised by the Center for Criminal Tax Law in cooperation with the Department of Economics of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. As the title of the conference tells, both reports and speeches are mainly dedicated to the in-depth study of criminal implications that can result from the crisis of a bank, but with the premise and integration of other contributions that rather develop some related aspects of economic law, commercial law or administrative law.
