abstract

Phraseology plays a fundamental role in the rhetorical system of Max Aub’s Manuscrito cuervo. This article, mainly focusing on the different combination strategies of zoomorphisms and somatisms, features an analysis of Robert Marrast’s French version along with the corresponding translation proposals into Italian.
