«Una città tutta mentale e sentimentale»
La Venezia ‘invisibile’ di Daniele Del Giudice
Abstract
Starting from the Rai documentary Atlante veneziano, this contribution illuminates the implicit connection that emerges between certain aspects of Del Giudice’s poetics and the archetypal image of the city of Venice. In the analysis, the typical geographical features of the lagoon city intersect with Del Giudice’s conception of spatiality, highlighting how this correspondence gives rise to a reflection in which the way of understanding and experiencing the city and the way of thinking literature are deeply connected.
