6 • Incentivi, competenze e formazione per le reti su dati survey 2025
Abstract
This chapter examines the results of the 2025 survey on incentives, skills and training for business networks. It identifies the main characteristics of networks interested in incentive measures, the types of incentives most commonly adopted, and highlights possible initiatives to develop more effective support models for aggregated entities. The analysis also reveals that, despite the growing strategic importance of training for business competitiveness, training activities remain underestimated. This gap reflects a broader cultural deficit that hinders the ability of businesses and networks to attract and develop specialised skills. In response, the chapter outlines targeted actions and tools aimed at strengthening knowledge dissemination and raising awareness among businesses and network organisations.
