3 • Meccanismi di governo per obiettivi e settori diversi su dati survey 2025
Abstract
Business networks gain competitive advantages through effective organisational arrangements. Efficient coordination is essential to foster synergy and reduce conflict. This chapter analyses governance and coordination in inter‑organisational networks using data from the 2025 National Observatory of Network Contracts survey, focusing on network type, sector, and priority objectives. Results show distinct managerial choices across different network typologies, sectors, and objectives. Italian business networks are increasingly balancing institutional formalisation with flexible relationships, often employing ad hoc solutions like administrative offices or network managers.
