Abstract
Il capitolo si concentra sulla presentazione della web app Welcome to Venice, co-creata attraverso una metodologia partecipativa che ha coinvolto gruppi di residenti di origine bangladese e diversi servizi cittadini di Venezia, tra cui i servizi sociali, i servizi socio-sanitari e le scuole. Verranno descritti i contenuti della web app e fornite indicazioni su come essa possa essere utilizzata e ulteriormente sviluppata nei corsi di lingua italiana.
