Abstract
The inclusion of people with hearing and visual disabilities in society has become an arduous task that is taking longer than necessary to accomplish. The instability and lack of accessibility for both the deaf and the blind, within our culture and educational system is a growing concern, which only a few seem to be seeking a solution for. Meanwhile, the difficulties these ‘capable’ people suffer continue to exist. Not only in classrooms, but also outside of it. Many technical aids have been implemented, but unfortunately not all of these aids are accessible within events and/or centres. The creation of these questionnaires aims to identify the needs that people with hearing and visual disabilities face daily intending to solve them, as well as to bring their reality closer to most of society that remains uninformed regarding accessibility.
