Abstract
Lo studio della tragedia di Eschilo richiede l’incrocio di competenze diverse e complesse: critica testuale, critica letteraria, studi sulla performance, approccio storico-antropologico, analisi della ricezione antica e moderna. I componenti del gruppo di ricerca del progetto PRIN 2022 dedicato alla tragedia eschilea hanno esplorato alcune di queste linee nel Convegno Internazionale tenutosi a Pisa il 1-2 ottobre 2025, di cui questo volume raccoglie gli atti. Tra i temi trattati: la concezione eschilea della lingua, vari aspetti delle Coefore (ruolo di Elettra e tessitura rituale del primo episodio), un gruppo di frammenti adespoti possibilmente attribuibili a Eschilo, la geografia mitica nel Prometeo incatenato, i paesaggi metaforici nelle Supplici, il legame della dizione eschilea con i precedenti lirici arcaici, le figure di ripetizione tipiche di Eschilo, lo sviluppo del personaggio di Ifigenia nei tragici maggiori. Il dialogo interdisciplinare illumina l’evoluzione drammaturgica eschilea, enfatizzando intertestualità e messa in scena.
