Abstract
Nato nell’ambito del modulo Jean Monnet WHALE dell’Università Ca’ Foscari, Lineamenti di diritto e diritti degli animali non umani vuole offrire strumenti di conoscenza e approfondimento innovativi del diritto degli animali non umani. Il volume intreccia diritto, filosofia, etica e scienze sociali per ripensare il ruolo degli animali nel sistema giuridico, superando l’antropocentrismo. Pensato per studenti e studentesse, per avvocatura e magistratura, per attiviste e attivisti e per chi opera con gli animali o svolge ruoli educativi (personale veterinario, Guardie Zoofile, insegnanti e docenti), il libro offre strumenti critici e interdisciplinari per una tutela giuridica che riconosca agli animali soggettività e diritti. Un invito al cambiamento, alla cura e alla giustizia oltre la specie. I contributi di diritto penale sostanziale e processuale sono aggiornati con la riforma della legge n. 82 del 2025.
