Scuole più accessibili: la pagina web delle scuole sensibili al tema della sordità
Abstract
Italian educational initiatives for deaf students have historically been sporadic and have never been systematically catalogued. The aim of this article is to provide a thorough overview of schools that focus on the issue of deafness, beginning with a brief review of key legislative milestones in the educational sector. In this context, the article introduces the first nationwide census of such schools, from kindergarden to upper secondary education. To make this census easily accessible a dedicated webpage titled Scuole più accessibili was created. This page offers essential information about each school.
