Abstract
The network contract is a tool dedicated to small businesses to carry out joint projects while maintaining their legal and operational autonomy. The case examined, on the other hand, refers to a group where the companies are legally connected and the parent company has the power of direction and coordination to drive the group towards the realisation of a common project. In this case, the network model is not alternative to the group, but complementary, with the aim of improving the involvement and cooperation between the companies of the group.
