Abstract
The recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has only partially limited the propensity of entrepreneurs to activate integration initiatives and collaboration strategies through network contracts. Since the beginning of the year, many companies have been able to gradually restart by networking, and to recover part of the losses accumulated during the lockdown. Now that the indicators show strong economic growth, it is necessary to improve the measures that can favor the transition of spontaneous mechanisms of collaboration towards stable and organized aggregation models between companies, especially in the context of production chains.
