Abstract
The inscription contains a treaty of alliance between King Pharnakes I of Pontus and the inhabitants of Chersonesos. The king promises to respect the institutions and the security of the city, the inhabitants of the city promise to maintain an alliance with the king if he remains on good terms with them and with the Romans.
