Il tirocinio tra politiche attive di inserimento e sfruttamento: il caso della grande distribuzione organizzata a Bologna
Abstract
This paper aims to investigate the relationship between the internship and the labour market in order to understand whether the former could be an effective means suitable for an active politics of employment. In particular, the research will focus on the extra-curricular internship: from a quantitative perspective we will analyse its utilisation and diffusion, while in qualitative terms we will assess its efficacy within the large-scale retail sector.
