Abstract
DILLE (the Italian Society of Language Teaching Research and Educational Linguistics) is an academic association which gathers together most Italian researchers working in the area of language education, both in universities and in other institutions. Its aims are threefold: to share scientific knowledge through a yearly conference and a yearly bibliography of Italian publications concerning language education; to share information about language education policies and initiatives in Italy and around the world; to interact with the Ministry, together with other scientific societies in the field of humanities. DILLE has published several documents about CLIL, early language teaching, language teacher training, and so on, which can be found at www.dille.it.
