Abstract
In d’Annunzio’s youthful art chronicle, a tribute to his mentor Michetti should be noted, but also a completely personal position in configuring a conceptual lexicon relating to the fine arts. The young d’Annunzio probably enunciated some positions that would be clearly expressed a few years later: in that the idea of an art began to emerge based on an original positivistic formation – the “study of truth” – be it figurative art or of writing, which should have turned to ‘original’ sources: a poetics of correspondences which had largely surpassed any naturalistic vision of the “True”.
