5 • La resilienza nelle reti d’impresa
Abstract
The chapter proposes an analysis of network contracts resilience, reinforcing the comprehension of this highly relevant but at the same time unexplored issue, in relation to the competitive opportunities of networks and their ability to anticipate, manage and react to crises. Through the results of the survey, the multiple dimensions of resilience are investigated in association with structural variables (size, type of network, sector), also going to assess the competitive and environmental context, and the ability to recover (loss of turnover and speed recovery), in order to identify and understand characteristics, effectiveness and dynamics of the forms of resilience implemented.
