A Quandary at Hebrus: Bacchylides 16.5-8
Abstract
This article constitutes an effort to supplement the paeanic section of Bacchylides 16. The conjectures that I put forward for verses 5-8, set up a concerted Apolline frame. It is categorically retrievable through the interpretational methods of intertextuality and contextuality.
