Abstract
This volume, developed within the TeMAES research program (Territoires Multiples : agentivité et environnements socio-économiques), explores the role of political and identity discourses in the construction of ancient Greek territories. Combining approaches drawn from discourse archaeology, spatial studies, and theories of agency, the contributions examine how territories were defined, justified, and negotiated through language, representations, and social practices. Attention is paid to the interaction between political language, collective identities, and territorial appropriation across multiple scales within the Greek world.
