Abstract
This chapter, based on the results of the 2023 survey, delves into the theme of resilience in networks through two significant case studies that exemplify the concept of resilience as applied to network contracts and the importance of networks for the resilience of the businesses within them. The findings suggest that the flexibility typical of network contracts is a key strength and a determining factor in overcoming critical events. Moreover, direct testimonies highlight how the network contract serves as a fertile ground for information sharing, mutual learning, and the development of a shared strategy. These are all characteristic aspects of networks that, driven by activism and coordination, support their structure by encouraging synergies that become tools for growth and the proactive overcoming of challenges.
