Research Article | Le rime «in lingua rustica» di Luigi Groto (il Cieco d’Adria)
Abstract
The paper provides a commented edition of four texts written in Polesine dialect (Veneto) by Luigi Groto (the Cieco d’Adria / “The blind man of Adria”: born 7 September 1541, died 13 December 1585): the sonnets LXIX, LXX and CXII (extracted from Rime di Magnagnò, Part IV, 1583), the sonetto caudato II.627 and the madrigal III.57 (taken from the Rime, 1610).
