Abstract
This chapter delves into the relationship between Geographical Indications (GIs) and tourism. It investigates the opportunities and limitations arising from the development of wine tourism in an area that has historically relied on a wine‑based economy: the Prosecco Superiore DOCG in Valdobbiadene Conegliano.
