Abstract
The chapter analyses some of the main fiscal and financial tools for business networks, focusing on their level of knowledge and use. The Observatory’s analysis shows the need to strengthen the current capability of business networks to strategically use fiscal and financial leverage as part of the common business program. Therefore, the chapter proposes changes to existing facilities and new measures tailored to the actual needs of the companies involved in collaborative paths, to incentivise, for example, the reinvestment of joint profits, as well as the access to structured finance operations (e.g. basket bond).
