Abstract

The goal of this research was to investigate the current situation of labour litigation at the Court of Venice and at the Court of Appeal of Venice, in order to identify the areas of conflict that were most commonly concluded through judicial conciliation. The subject of the research, therefore, was the collection of data on labour disputes for the three years preceding the start of the research activity (2019, 2020 and 2021) at the judicial offices, then identifying the most effective Alternative Dispute Resolutions in relation to the framework that emerged from the research activity.
