Livio Rossetti (1938-), Professor of History of Ancient Philosophy at the University of Perugia, founder of the International Plato Society in 1989, and honorary president of the IAPS (International Association for Presocratic Studies) since 2018. His work has focused primarily on Presocratic philosophy.

Graziano Ranocchia (1974-), Professor of Papyrology at the University of Pisa. His research focuses on textual criticism and the history of ancient philosophy, particularly Stoicism and Epicureanism.
