Abstract
It focuses on the linguistic features of Bangla in relation to developed syllabi, analysing their pedagogical implications. Linguistic aspects covered in pre-A1 to B1 syllabi are systematically reviewed, highlighting key challenges Bangla speakers face in learning Italian. Through a contrastive analysis of Bangla and Italian, the chapter progressively examines phonology/orthography, noun phrase structure, verbs and morphosyntax, which are explored considering Bangla’s typology, from phonetics to pragmatics.
