Abstract

Law 6 June 2025 n. 82 brings significant changes in the criminal and criminal procedural fields. These changes will be examined in the criminal procedural field, paying attention to the practical implications in terms of animal rights. The legal representation of associations is always fundamental in the procedural field to see animal rights pursued and affirmed and to prosecute the perpetrators of crimes against animals.
