Abstract

The aim of this work is to draw attention to the complexity of these Summae of Antiquity, the PGM, particularly to the linguistic composition and textual organisation. We will highlight the distinctive features that should be the subject of research in several disciplines, not only the history of religions: linguistics, philology, ethnolinguistics, textual pragmatics, and papyrology, in order to provide the scientific community with a rare testimony of Antiquity with these lesser-known and often rejected or forgotten aspects.
