Abstract
This preliminary work, useful as reference to develop further knowledge on the subject, briefly illustrates the methodological considerations on the topic of which proxies and indicators are more appropriate to monitor and evaluate judicial organizations. We propose a multi-dimensional model to capture the high complexity of the phenomenon.
