Abstract
The paper provides a brief overview of the research carried out within the UNI4Justice project at the Specialized Business Section of the Tribunal of Venice, which focused on the rules concerning the different competencies within the board of directors of a bank, the impact of the duty to set up an adequate organizational, administrative and accounting structure and the rules concerning intra-organic and inter-organic information flows on the liability of the directors with different roles, as well as on the general manager and on the chairman of the board.
