Metodologie e strumenti di lavoro per la riprogettazione ed implementazione di un nuovo modello aziendale di Porta Unitaria di Accesso (PUA)
abstract
In order to solve the excessive fragmentation of the services and the complexity of health needs, to reduce the improper request, ASL Napoli 2 Nord commenced a reorganization of the procedures for the unanimous access to the health system. Furthermore, it created actions to cope with the patients’ demands and to replan the integrative system of health care. The daily management of the health system, based on the improving replanning organisational model through the bottom up system, forged an easier access to create homogeneity between the government of the demand and supply system, approved by all local and sanitary authorities, to simplify the ideation of integrative services.
