Aims & Scope
The journal, which has biannual periodicity, except for the publication of any supplement, is an expression of the Doctoral Project of Higher Education in Legal Sciences and Legal Studies Center of the Economics Department of the University Ca’ Foscari Venice and aims primarily to disseminate the results of research carried out by young scholars (especially graduate students and postdocs, more so if participants to one of the Project's endorsing PhD) into the scientific community, and also to host works of prominent teachers and scholars, especially if in connection with the cultural initiatives of the Project or the Centre.
