Abstract
Il saggio espone e commenta per la prima volta la scritta trecentesca sulla Colonna della flagellazione di Cristo, il piu grande reliquiario nel Tesoro della Basilica di San Marco, rilevandone l’importanza linguistica, estetica e culturale.
