Aspetti giuridici legati al muralismo nell’arte pubblica
Abstract
The paper addresses the legal aspects of muralism as a form of public art, examining the interplay between creativity, cultural identity, and law. It analyses copyright protection, ownership conflicts between artists and property holders, and the impact of urbanistic and landscape regulations. Attention is given to contractual practices, conservation issues, and the recognition of murals as cultural heritage, emphasizing the role of legal tools and community participation in ensuring preservation and sustainable development.
