Abstract
In 2024, the moderately positive development prospects of the Italian economy appear to have encouraged entrepreneurs to pursue integration initiatives and collaboration strategies through network contracts. Network companies have demonstrated a strong ability to adapt, despite economic challenges, maintaining a spirit of collaboration and solidarity while leveraging the competitive advantages derived from being part of a production chain or business network. In a global macroeconomic context marked by high uncertainty, collaboration between companies within a supply chain or network is essential for enhancing competitiveness, both on the national and international markets, particularly when activities focus on digital innovation, sustainability, and improved energy efficiency.
