She’s a Mexican who, like many others, belongs to the great Hispanic community residing in the United States of America and that belongs to a generation of writers that George Steiner would define as ‘extraterritorial’. Her wandering and living in different places led her to be interested in topics such as exile, migration and bilingualism.

abstract

This article aims to outline the main features of the work and life of contemporary writer Valeria Luiselli.
