dc.description.abstract	The recent repeal of the rule against financial assistance originated the controversial doctrinal debate concerning the absence of a declared law provision relating to the condition under which a cooperative society can provide funding or give guarantee in order to subscribe shares. The Court of Venice ruled in favour of the implementation of article 2358 c.c. to the cooperative society.

abstract

The recent repeal of the rule against financial assistance originated the controversial doctrinal debate concerning the absence of a declared law provision relating to the condition under which a cooperative society can provide funding or give guarantee in order to subscribe shares.
