Being in troubles multicultural approcaches at the present, Consorti put in evidence the intercultural approach, based on dialogue and compromises and he highligths the key role that intercultural law can have in avoiding cultural and religious contrasts.

abstract

This paper aims to underline the contribution made by Professor Consorti to in the study of legal issues related to religiously and culturally plural societies.
