Lucidissima dictandi peritia
Studies in Medieval Grammar and Rhetoric
edited by
abstract
The selection presented in this volume embraces fifteen of the most significant contributions dedicated by the author (for many years full professor of Medieval and Humanistic Latin Philology and Literature at Ca’ Foscari) to grammatical and rhetorical production in the medieval and humanistic ages: one of the fields in which his activity as researcher and lecturer has been most explicit. The collection is intended to be paradigmatic of the path taken by the scholar over the course of his career, which we wish to recapitulate here through a selection, spanning from the 1970s to the present day, of articles that are exemplary of his working method and the scientific results he achieved.
