Soft law et hard law dans le «réseau» des sources
abstract
The author supports the participation of the rules of soft law in the system of sources of law, through the work of interpretation. He represents the system of sources of law in horizontal terms, using the image of the network, thereby overcoming the vertical image of the pyramid.
