abstract

The topic of the paper concerns the protected cell companies, that is those companies whose asset is composed of two or more segregated cells. The paper wonders whether it is possible for a company limited by shares to create segregated cells exclusively by mean of contributions provided by third parties and how such hypothesis should be regulated.
