abstract

The article addresses the issue relating to cooperative credit in the historical and regulatory evolution that has taken place on the subject. In particular, the text sets out the issues that emerged in the aftermath of the recent news of the financial banking economy concerning the so-called bailout of Banca Carige by Cassa Centrale Banca in light of the comments received from the most authoritative doctrine in this regard.
