abstract

The author comments on the recent decisions of the Supreme Court Chamber and the Courts of appeal concerning the adoption of a child to a homosexual couple. This paper aims to analyze how the courts resolve the problem on the assumption that there is not a specific law allowing homosexual couples to adopt a child.
